For this protection you must promptly notify your credit card company of fraudulent charges and follow their procedures as outlined in your credit card agreement.


BAKER & STARNES SADDLE RETURN POLICY
When ordering a saddle from Baker & Starnes we offer the following as a return policy. Following these simple steps will help us all make sure your return is handled in a timely manner. Failure to follow these steps will result in delays in your getting a credit/refund.

1. A saddle must fit both horse and rider. Should you not be satisfied, return the saddle immediately, unused, for exchange, credit or refund within 15 days of delivery. We caution that a full credit can be given only if saddle shows no signs of wear. If the saddle is in poor shape, it will not be accepted and will be sent back. You should know immediately if it does not fit.

2. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the saddle or product. This includes all legs of shipping and all fees incurred.

3. Baker & Starnes works hard to satisfy our customers, therefore we will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. There is a risk regarding fitting when purchasing a saddle online, the buyer must acknowledge these risks and how they pertain to the buyer, not Baker & Starnes.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days of delivery and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you. This applies to all items unless item sales info/description states otherwise; ie, "Clearance Sale - Sales Final As Is!" We cannot accept personalized, monogrammed or custom items for return. Our saddles are returnable, when saddle instructions are followed.

SADDLE RETURNS  - MAIL ADDRESS
Follow the instructions on your return packing instruction sheet located in your original saddle box. Please insure and send back to the address located on the instruction sheet.
